There comes a point in a man’s life when powering through no longer works. The responsibilities are real. The pressure is constant. The expectations never stop. And somewhere beneath the productivity and endurance, there is a quiet question: Is this actually aligned?
Many high-responsibility men are not collapsing — they are drifting. Drifting in their health. Drifting in their clarity. Drifting in their relationships. They feel the weight of providing and protecting, but privately wrestle with fatigue, metabolic dysfunction, reactivity, isolation, and an undercurrent of doubt.
This is not weakness.
It is misalignment.
A Life That Fits was built for the man who is ready to stop reacting and start leading from steadiness.
A Life That Fits is a 12-week cohort-based formation experience designed to help men restore alignment across four domains:
Physical function
Emotional regulation
Metabolic health
Relational and spiritual leadership
This is not therapy.
It is not motivational hype.
It is not information overload.
It is structured formation.
Over twelve weeks, men move from awareness to alignment, from drift to decisiveness, from isolation to brotherhood, and from pressure to regulated strength.
Integrated into the experience are:
Functional Medicine Matrix thinking
MOSAIC Method principles
TEAM UP leadership framework
NAQ2 metabolic assessment
Wearable integration through Oura ring
Heads Up Health Health data review
Structured breath and regulation practices
Maverick Health Men's Hero Program included
Brotherhood accountability
The First Phase establishes awareness. Men learn to regulate their nervous system, widen the gap between stimulus and response, and identify areas of drift!
The Second Phase builds strength under pressure. Decisiveness replaces hesitation. Discipline stabilizes rhythm. Conflict is approached with courage. Isolation is replaced with accountability!
The Third Phase integrates wisdom and legacy. Men exact meaning from their story, clarify direction, and commit to a life aligned with responsibility and humility.
The progression is natural. The intensity rises gradually. The steadiness deepens.
This is formation — not performance.
Your enrollment includes:
Twelve live weekly cohort sessions
Structured participant workbook
Midpoint self-assessment and optional 1:1 debrief
NAQ2 metabolic questionnaire review
Heads Up Health dashboard access

Below are short descriptions of the 6 Phases of this 12 week Program...
Phase 1 – Awareness & Regulation
The journey begins by slowing down. Most men are not failing — they are reacting. In this phase, you learn to regulate your nervous system, widen the gap between stimulus and response, and identify areas of drift. Awareness replaces autopilot. Clarity begins to surface.
Phase 2 – Alignment & Identity
Once awareness is established, we examine alignment. Where are your actions inconsistent with your values? Where has pressure shaped your identity? This phase helps you reconnect to who you are becoming and build structure that supports integrity rather than performance.
Phase 3 – Decisiveness & Discipline
Clarity without action creates frustration. Here, insight becomes movement. You confront drift, make necessary decisions, and establish sustainable rhythms. Discipline becomes identity-driven, not ego-driven. Strength gains direction.
Phase 4 – Courage & Conflict
True steadiness is tested under tension. In this phase, you learn to approach difficult conversations with regulation and presence. Avoidance is replaced with courage. Reactivity is replaced with responsibility. Leadership matures under pressure.
Phase 5 – Brotherhood & Accountability
Isolation erodes strength. Growth accelerates in alignment. You build intentional accountability and learn how to be known without ego or performance. Humility becomes a stabilizing force. Strength shared becomes resilience.
Phase 6 – Stewardship & Commission
The final phase integrates your growth into legacy. You extract wisdom from your story, clarify your commitments, and step forward with steady leadership. This is not a finish line. It is a commissioning. You leave aligned, deliberate, and anchored.
If you are ready to move from drift to deliberate leadership — not perfectly, but honestly — this room was built for you.
Don’t spend another day feeling anxious, biting your nails, hiding from family and responsibilities because you just can’t take another breath…
This isn’t just another “take a long warm bath” program that tries to pacify anxiety - I’m here to show you how to get to the ROOT CAUSE.
You are in good company, it is a safe space, and I’m fighting to change how we work with men and our health.
Your Health and Wellness Sherpa!

Dr. David W. Harper is a Sports Specialist Chiropractor, Functional Nutrition/Medicine practitioner, and founder of Maverick Health. For more than three and a half decades, he has worked at the intersection of physical performance, metabolic health, and personal formation — helping men restore strength not only in their bodies, but in their leadership and identity.
Over time, Dr. Dave realized that pain relief was rarely the full story. Chiropractic care helped restore movement, but many men were still carrying invisible pressure — stress, fatigue, metabolic dysfunction, isolation, and quiet self-doubt. What they needed was not more intensity. They needed alignment.
Out of his own journey through personal challenge, professional reinvention, and deep study in functional medicine, nervous system regulation, habit formation, and faith-rooted leadership, Dr. Dave built an integrated model for masculine formation. The result is A Life That Fits — a structured, high-integrity cohort experience designed to help high-responsibility men move from drift to deliberate leadership.
Dr. Dave’s approach integrates the M.O.S.A.I.C. Method, the T.E.A.M. U.P. leadership framework, Functional Medicine Matrix thinking, and practical metabolic stewardship. He also leads the Maverick Health Pickleball Performance & Injury Prevention Institute, where movement is used as medicine and longevity is treated as a responsibility.
Above all, Dr. Dave is a father, a lifelong learner, and a man in process. He does not teach perfection. He teaches regulation, responsibility, and servant-hearted strength.
His mission is simple: to Empower Human Potential by restoring alignment between "One body, One mind, and One life" — because leadership begins within.
